WILL  DEED

Do hereby with my own free will without any force execute this WILL DEED on this ___ day of ________.

THAT: this is the last WILL AND TESTAMENT of mine,       

                         

I, declare this to be my Will .It is my wish and desire after my death my (   ) Sons and  (   ) Daughters namely:

THAT: I, accordingly declare my said Sons and Daughters are the sole beneficiary and legatee of my this WILL, and wish that after my death they shall be entitled to be the joint owners of my above property.                                   

THAT: I, hereby leave, give and bequeath absolutely and forever to my said Sons and Daughters for their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and for their use and benefit absolutely and forever.                                                        

THAT: I, also reserve my rights to revoke or cancel this WILL at time during my life period.

   

THAT: I, shall be entitled to manage and supervise the said property during my life period.

THAT:  in case and after my death my other heirs, successors shall not be entitled to claim any right over the said property and if do so it shall be null and void and inoperative under the law.

THAT: after my death my said Sons and Daughters shall be entitled to enjoy the said property as more fully described in the Schedule in Red Colour, and enjoy its possession as absolute owners and can dealt with the said property as per their wishes and to get their names mutated in the Municipal and Other Government Records.

                                                         

THAT: the above property is free form all encumbrances, sales, gifts, wills, mortgages, demands, etc., and there is no claim of Government or Private concerned over the said property.

THAT:  I herein declare my said Sons and Daughters shall receive all the benefits, profits rents etc., in respect of my said property after my death.

THAT: I herein declare there are no other legal heir or heirs of the said property except myself.

THAT: I, herein declare I, had got perfect and marketable title to execute this Will Deed.

THAT: I, herein declare my said Sons and Daughters shall reside in said property they shall pay the electricity and water charges equally between them and my said Wife, Sons & Daughters who are the joint owners in the said property as per share.
