TO DO THE FOLLOWING ACTS

purchaser on my behalf.

the price and sale consideration pertaining to the above property.
3. To enter into an agreement for sale with the
Purchaser as the case may be after settling the terms and conditions the sale
of the property and receive the earnest money from the Purchaser and referred
to above on my behalf.
4. To
execute and sign all necessary documents, deeds and instruments required for
the sale transaction of the above property on my behalf.
5. To
appoint any Advocate or any other Legal Practitioners, Agents, in respect of
the above property on my behalf.
6. To
deliver the possession, and to put the Purchaser in actual and vacant
possession of the above property.
7. To make necessary representation in any
Government Offices, State or Central. Courts Civil or Criminal, and or before
any authority including Police Department, as the case may be relating to the
above matter.

To make sign and submit petitions and
applications of all kinds in any office, court or authority in connection with
the transfer of ownership of the above property on my behalf as and when the
same is required.
9.
To execute and sign Affidavits and
Declarations, petitions, forms, etc. and to submit the same in any of the
office or offices courts on my behalf.
10. To sign and submit necessary forms and
declaration necessary for the purpose of registration of the Sale Deed
regarding the above property and to submit the same in the office of the
concerned Registered Authority.
11. To execute and sign deed or deeds of conveyance
(Sale Deed or Deeds) as the case may be in favour of the purchaser or
purchasers of the property.
12.
To present and submit the conveyance
deed (Sale Deed) before the concerned registering authority for the purpose of
registration of the above property in favour of the Purchaser.
13.
To
file suit or cases, and to compromise the same
in respect of my said property in any courts on my behalf.
14.
To give on oath statement in respect of my
said property.
15.
To give on rent and to collect the rents on
my name and on my behalf.
16.
To make construction over the said property
on my behalf.
And Generally to do other incidental
acts and deeds which are necessary for the furtherance of the above matter as
fully and effectually in all respect as I could do the same myself If I were
personally present.
All acts and deeds done by my said attorney
