That I have obtain the GRC Electricity Current/Meter bearing Service No. ______________ on my name.  And today dispose/sold the above said GRC Current/Meter to ________________ S/o W/o D/o ___________________ Resident of H.No. _______________________________  The above said GRC Current  fixed in premises bearing No. ________________ situated at ________________________________. I have received all the consideration from the said _______________. And from today onwards the said _________________ shall be held responsible all the dues, arrears etc.

That for the execution of this declaration, I will not demand, claim any amount from the said ___________________ in future period.

Hence, this Declaration is executed and signed by me on this day of ________________ at ___________ with my own free will without any force in the presence of the attesting witnesses.
