This Gift Settlement Deed is made and

(Hereinafter
called the DONOR which term shall mean
and include his/her heirs, legal representatives, successors, executors, and
assignees, etc., of the ONE PART)
IN FAVOUR OF

Age _____ Occupation __________________ R/o H.No. _____________________________ Aadhaar Card No. _______________________
(Hereinafter called the DONEE which term
shall mean and include his/her heirs, legal representatives, successors,
executors and assignees etc., of the OTHER PART)
WHEREAS the Donor is the absolute
owner and possessor of the ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Hereinafter called the Scheduled Gift
Property.
AND WHEREAS due to love and natural
affection towards the Donee the Donor herein is intending to transfer the said property
to his/her _______ the
Donee herein.
AND
WHEREAS the Donee herein agreed to accept the gift of the Donor i.e.
HENCE THE INDENTURE OF GIFT WITNESSETH AS
FOLLOWS
1. The
Donor herein discharges all that the part and parcel of the scheduled property
from his titleship, ownership and possession handed over the same to his/her _______ the Donee herein to hold unto the same forever as its
absolute owners without any obstruction or hindrance either by the said Donor
or his/her heirs claiming the said Donee now or in future period.
2. The Donor herein declare the said property hereby gifted to Donee today are free from all encumbrances, sales, gift, will, sureties, court attachments, family disputes, Govt. or Public litigations, hypothecations, bank loans, etc.
3. The Donor herein declare that the Donee have become the absolute owner and possessor of the said property and shall make construction over the said property, and shall transfer the same to anybody of their choice by way of sale, gift, will, etc.
4. The
Donor herein declare that the Donee shall mutate his/her name in any of the
office or offices i.e. in Municipal Corporation of ___________ Electricity and
Water Works Dept., etc., on the light of this Gift Settlement Deed.
5. The Donor herein declare his/her other family members shall have got no claim, demand, right etc., in the scheduled gift property the same shall be enjoyed the said Donee as its absolute owner without any obstruction or hindrance either by the Donor or anybody else claiming the said Donee in future period.
6. The
Donor has handed over all the relating papers, receipts, documents of the
scheduled property to Donee today.
7. The Donor herein declare he/she will not cancel this Gift Settlement Deed now or in future period, and if the said Donee shall do so it shall be null and void and inoperative under the law as the said Donor herein execute this Gift Settlement Deed with his/her own free will and without any force, and the said Donor have also handed the vacant possession of scheduled gift property to Donee.
8. The
Donor herein declare the market value of the said property hereby gifted to
Donee are Rs.__________ (RUPEES __________________ONLY).
9. The Donor had got perfect and marketable title to execute this Gift Settlement Deed of Scheduled Property.
