GIFT DEED

    This Gift Deed is made and executed on this the ____Day of ___________at __________ by and between:-

(Hereinafter called the DONOR which shall mean and include all his/her heirs legal representatives, executors, administrators, and assignees etc., of the One Part).

IN FAVOUR OF

___________ S/o D/o W/o __________ Aged about ____ years Occupation ___________ R/o H.No. ___________________________________________

(Hereinafter called the DONEE which shall mean and include all his/her heirs legal representatives, executors, administrators, and assignees etc., of the Other Part).

        WHEREAS the Donor is the sole and absolute owner and peaceful possessor of the ________________________________________________ 

______________________________________________________________ is more full described in the Schedule of Property.

       WHEREAS the DONOR is __________ of the Donee due to love and affection the DONOR has gifted the said Property of the Donee.

        Whereas the DONOR and donee hereby mutually agreed that the gifted property have no rights to sell the to any third party till the alive of the DONOR which the donee mother accepted the same.

         WHEREAS the DONOR has delivered the vacant and peaceful possession of the said property to the Donee and accepted by the Donee on this the ____ day of _________ “TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME ABSOLUTELY AND FOREVER”.

          THE DONOR now in good health and full senses have full rights, powers and having absolute authority to grant, convey, and assign the said property, hereby gift the said property which is free from all taxes, less, dues, sale, mortgagee, gifts, encumbrances and charges in respect of the schedule property.

          THE DONOR has transferred the above said property by way of gift with all rights and easements, privileges, appurtenances thereto to have and to hold the same absolutely as full and absolutely owner thereof.

                    

Now or in future the DONOR or any other legal heirs shall not have any kind or rights, titles, interest or demand over the said Property.

WHEREAS the Donee shall have full rights over the said schedule property, this GIFT DEED put into writing and the same is agreed and signed voluntarily without any coercion or threat and the same is final and three will not be reconsideration.
