CANCELLATION  OF AGREEMENT OF SALE CUM GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

          This Cancellation of Agreement of Sale Cum General Power of Attorney is made and executed on ___ day of _________ at ___________ by and between:

(Hereinafter called the VENDOR of the One Part)

IN FAVOUR OF

_______________ S/o W/o D/o ________________ Aged about ____ years Occupation _________ R/o H.No. _____________________________________________________

(Hereinafter called the VENDEE  of the Other Part)

          WHEREAS the Vendor have executed Agreement of Sale Cum G.P.A. in favour of the Vendee in respect of the property i.e., _________________________________ ___________________________________________________________________ by receiving the amount of Rs.________/- (Rupees _______________________ Only) and A.G.P.A. was registered as Document No. _________  Dated _______  registered at Sub-Registrar Office __________________.

  

NOW THIS CANCELLATION OF A.G.P.A. WITNESSETH AUNDER

          WHEREAS the Vendor have requested to Vendee to revoke the said registered A.G.P.A. by taking the said A.G.P.A. amount and the said Vendee herein  agreed for the same.

          AND WHEREAS the Vendee have received the entire said A.G.P.A. Amount of RS.________/- ( Rupees _______________ Only) from the Vendor in cash/cheque and the Vendee herein cancel the said registered A.G.P.A.

          AND WHEREAS  from the date of this cancellation of A.G.P.A. the Vendee shall have got no claim, demand, possession, right, interests etc., in the said property the same shall be enjoyed by the Vendor as its owner.

          That  from the date of this Cancellation of A.G.P.A. the Vendee or his/her heirs shall not deal or carry any acts in respect of the said property as the Vendee have received the entire A.G.P.A. amount of RS.________/- (Rupees __________________ Only) from the Vendor under this deed.

          AND WHEREAS the Vendee herein declare the said property is Nil Encumbrance till the date of this cancellation of A.G.P.A.
