RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Rental Agreement is made and executed on this the ___ day

(Hereinafter called the LANDLORD/LANDLADY which term shall
mean and include all his/her heirs, administrators of the Other Part)
Whereas the Tenant approached the Landlord/Landlady for
taking the ______________________________________________________on a monthly rent of Rs. _______/-(Rupees ______________Only) for a period of only ____ Months and the Landlord/Landlady
herein in turn accepted the said offer and
agreed to give the said premises on the following terms and conditions.
HENCE THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT WITNESSETH
AS FOLLOWS
1. The
Landlord/Landlady agreed to let out to the Tenant premises ________ ____________________________________________________________.
2. The
Tenant is agreed to pay
the rent to Landlord/Landlady a sum of Rs,________/-(Rupees _________________Only) towards
the monthly rent payable on or before ____ day of each English
Calendar month in advance and obtain valid receipt for the same from the
Landlord’s/Landlady’s Attorney. In the absent of a valid receipt from the
Landlord’s/Landlady’s Attorney no plea a discharged shall be entertained and it
shall be presume that the Tenant has fail and neglected to pay the rent.
3. That tenancy shall be for a period of ____ months, the tenancy commences from __________ and shall be for a period
of _____ Months, on the expiry of the period of this tenancy shall
automatically cease unless it is renewed in writing under a valid document if
the Landlord/Landlady is agreed for the same.
4. That the Tenant herein declare he/she had
taken on rent the said premises only for a period of ____ months, and after the
expiry of this ____ months 05% Five Percent shall be enhance for another _____
months.
5. That
Tenant shall not sublet or under let the whole or any portion of the to any
other sub tenant.
6. That if the Tenant
fails to pay monthly rent even for a single month, it is agreed mutually that
the Tenant shall be treated as a willful defaulter liable for being evicted
from the premises.
7. That
Landlord/Landlady has let to the Tenant for _________ Purpose
only. And the Tenant have
deposited Rs.________/- (Rupees ________________Only)
with the Landlord/Landlady, and this deposit amount shall not be adjust in
rent, and shall not carries any interest. And shall be refundable at the time of vacating
the said premises.
8. That the Tenant
herein declare if he/she wants to
vacate the said premises taken on rent he/she will inform (02) Two Months
advance notice to Landlord/Landlady.
9. That the Tenant
herein declare if the said
Landlord/Landlady wants to evict the said premises given on rent he/she will
inform (02) Two Months before to the
Tenant.
10. That the Tenant
shall pay the Electricity charges during the period of this Rental Agreement of
the said rent premises, and shall not indulge in malpractices in Electricity
and in his/her current.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Tenant and Landlord/Landlady herein put
their signatures on this Rental Agreement in presence of the following
