That the contents of this receipt shall bind myself and my legal heirs.

And I, herein promise to owner of House/Mortgagor I, will hand over the vacant possession of said mortgage property _____________________________________________ within a period of _____ from the date of this receipt without fail, and will clear all the taxes dues from my own expenses whatsoever stands over the said Mortgage property.
