CANCELLATION AGREEMENT OF SALE

          This Cancellation of Agreement of Sale is made and executed on ____ day of  ___________ at __________ by and between:-

(Hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY of the One Part)

IN FAVOUR OF

(Hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY  of the Other Part)

          WHEREAS the First Party and Second Party have executed Agreement of Sale in respect of  ________________________________________________________________ ________________________________ by receiving the amount of Rs._______/-(Rupees _______________ Only) by the First Party from the Second Party under the Agreement For Sale Dated: _______ out of total sale consideration of Rs._________/- (Rupees __________________ Only).

NOW THIS CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT OF SALE WITNESSETH AS UNDER

          WHEREAS the Second Party have requested to First Party to return the said advance amount which he/she have paid to First Party under the said Agreement Of Sale Dated: ________ and the First Party have revoke the said Agreement Of Sale Dated: ________.

          AND WHEREAS the Second Party have received the advance amount of Rs.__________/- (Rupees _____________ Only) from the First Party and the First Party herein cancel the said Agreement Of Sale Dated: _________.

          AND WHEREAS from the date of this cancellation of Agreement Of Sale the Second Party shall have got no claim, demand, possession, right, interests etc., in the said property i.e., _______________________________________________ the same shall be enjoyed by the Second Party as its owner.

          That from the date of this Agreement Of Sale the Second Party or his/her heirs shall not deal or carry any acts in respect of the said property as the Second  Party have received the advance amount of  Rs._______/- (Rupees _________________ Only) from the First  Party under this CANCELLATION AGREEMENT OF SALE.
