CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT OF SALE CUM GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

          This Cancellation of Agreement of Sale Cum General Power of Attorney, is made and executed on ____ day of _______ at ___________ by and between:

( Hereinafter called the VENDOR  of the One Part)

IN FAVOUR OF

(Hereinafter called the VENDEE  of the Other Part)

          WHEREAS the Vendor have executed Agreement of Sale Cum G.P.A. in favour of the Vendee  in respect of  ______________________________________________________  __________________________________________________________ by receiving the amount of Rs.________/-(Rupees ____________________ Only) and A.G.P.A. was registered as Document No. ________  Dated : _______ Registered at _______________.

NOW THIS CANCELLATION OF A.G.P.A. WITNESSETH AUNDER

          WHEREAS the Vendor have requested to Vendee to revoke the said registered A.G.P.A. by taking the said A.G.P.A. amount,  and the said Vendee herein  agreed for the same.

          AND WHEREAS the Vendee have received the entire said A.G.P.A. Amount of RS._________/- (Rupees _____________________ Only)from the Vendor in cash and the Vendee herein cancel the said registered A.G.P.A.

          AND WHEREAS from the date of this cancellation of A.G.P.A. the Vendee shall have got no claim, demand, possession, right, interests etc., in the said _________________ _________________________ the same shall be enjoyed by the Vendor as its owner.

          That from the date of this Cancellation of A.G.P.A. the Vendee or his/her heirs shall not deal or carry any acts in respect of the said property as the Vendee have received the entire A.G.P.A. amount of RS.__________/-(Rupees __________________________Only) from the Vendor under this deed.
