AGREEMENT OF CAR/BIKE SALE

This Agreement of Sale is made and executed on this the ____ day of ____________ at _____________ by and between:

Hereinafter called the SELLER and this term shall mean and include his/her heirs, legal representatives etc.

______________ S/o W/o D/o ____________ Aged about ___ Years Occupation _______ R.O. H.No. _________________________________

Hereinafter called the PURCHASER and this term shall mean and include his/her heirs, legal representatives etc.

WHEREAS, the Seller is the absolute owner and possessor of __________  REGD. NO. __________ CHASSIS NO. ___________ ENGINE NO. __________ MODEL _____. Registered Owner: _____________ S/o W/o D/o _____________   R/o H.No. _______________________________.                                        

WHEREAS, the Seller herein, have to sell the above said Vehicle for a total sale consideration of Rs. _______/- (Rupees ______________ Only) and the PURCHASER herein.

That the Purchaser herein have agreed to purchase the same for the above said consideration amount and also to pay a sum of RS. ________/- (Rupees ____________________ Only).

NOW THIS AGREEMENT OF SALE WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:

1.    In pursuance of the above said offer and acceptance the PURCHASER has paid a sum of Rs. _______/- (Rupees __________________ Only) on the date of execution of this AGREEMENT OF SALE to the SELLER herein towards sale consideration in respect of the sale of above said Vehicle.

2.     That the Seller has handed over possession of the said Vehicle and all the documents related to above said vehicle to the Purchaser on ____  Day of ____________ at ______ P.M./A.M.

3.     The Seller hereby assures and indemnifies the Purchaser from any loss claim, disputes, arising over the vehicle prior to ____  Day of ____________ at ______ P.M./A.M.  

4.     That the Purchaser shall be held responsible for any Disputes, Litigations and claims arising out of the above said vehicle before ____  Day of ____________ at ______ P.M./A.M.

5.     That the Seller shall be held responsible for any Disputes, Litigations and claims arising out of the above said vehicle after ____  Day of ____________ at ______ P.M./A.M.

6.     That after completion of payments of the Seller shall receive all other documents and NOC such as from owner and hand over it to Purchaser.

7.     That whenever the Seller wants sale the said vehicle to any other person/ persons then the Seller shall inform to the Purchaser.

            IN WITNESSES WHEREOF, the Seller & Purchaser herein put their hands and signatures on this AGREEMENT OF SALE with their own free with without any force after understanding all its contents in presence of the following witnesses, on the day, month and year first above mentioned.
